If you follow along on Instagram, I talk a lot about Celery Juice and how it helps hydrate your skin from the inside out. It does this among many other things.

We all love steak, bread, and sweets, but foods rich in fat, carbs, and sugar can hinder your skin body from hydrating properly.

Avoid inflammatory foods

Exercise regularly. You may not believe this, but exercise helps you stay stress free and helps your skin get the hydration it needs. But, you have to drink enough water when you are exercising and most people don’t think they will have dehydrated skin when working out.
